Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is still sixth among Western Conference guards in the NBA All-Star Game fan vote, the NBA announced Thursday. Lillard also placed sixth in the first and second returns. He currently has 851,125 fan votes, just ahead of DeMar DeRozan (850,415 votes) and below Klay Thompson (1.12 million votes):

NBA All-Star starters and captains will be announced Jan. 24 on TNT. Starters are decided by combined scores from the fan vote (50 percent), player vote (25 percent) and media vote (25 percent).
All-Star reserves are chosen by the head coaches of each respective conference. Reserves will be announced Jan. 31 on TNT.
