Lillard once again sits behind Klay Thompson (706,960 votes) and ahead of DeMar DeRozan (594,012 votes).
Stephen Curry (almost 2.1 million votes) and Derrick Rose (almost 2 million votes) remain the clear leaders of the West guards in fan votes.
The fan vote makes up 50 percent of the All-Star starter formula, with the player and media votes each counting for 25 percent.
