Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic accomplished a feat never before seen in the NBA during Portland’s overtime victory versus the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night. According to basketball-reference’s game finder, nobody in the history of the league has ever posted a game with 20 points and 20 rebounds, with five or more assists, steals, and blocks.
According to @bball_ref - there is no player that has had a line of:

20+ points
20+ rebounds
5+ assists
5+ steals
5+ blocks
Literally a night for the ages for Jusuf Nurkic.
By a quick @bball_ref search, Jusuf Nurkić just recorded the first 20+-point, 20+-rebound 5x5 game in NBA history. That has never been done before.

Hakeem Olajuwon was the closest before tonight: 34 points, 22 rebounds, 5 assists, 7 blocks, 4 steals.
It’s worth noting that blocks and steals were not recorded as official stats before 1973. Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell may have duplicated this feat and we’d not know of it, but quibbles aside, Nurkic just posted one of the most complete stat lines ever recorded.
