Welcome to Portland Trail Blazers Media Day, 2018 edition!
After being swept by the 6-seed New Orleans Pelicans in the 2018 NBA Playoffs, the Blazers have brought back their team mostly intact. In July, Portland signed Seth Curry and Nik Stauskas, after drafting Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent, Jr.
The festivities are expected to begin at approximately 11:30 am. NBC Sports Northwest is expected to have streaming access, as well as the Blazers via their Facebook page. After interviews end, the Blazers typically post the archives on their YouTube page.
We’ll provide updates through the day with highlighted quotes and moments from the festivities, both here and in separate articles. In the meantime, commenters can use this as their open thread.
