Damian Lillard is at it again.
After previously getting the scoop that Chris Haynes was headed to Yahoo Sports and Sam Amick was leaving USA Today for the Athletic, Damian Lillard broke the news today that Jabari Young would be leaving the San Antonio News Express to cover the NBA for the Athletic:

Jabari covered the Blazers for Comcast Sports Northwest in 2014-15, but it is unknown if he is Lillard’s source in this scenario. Regardless, Lillard seems to be one connected dude, and just may give teammate CJ McCollum a run for his money as sports journalist after his playing career is done.
