Curry finds a way to laugh about the whole thing with Bill Simmons of The Ringer.

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is the latest to give his thoughts on the CJ McCollum and Kevin Durant beef that sprung up this summer. To recap: Durant told McCollum directly that the Portland Trail Blazers won’t win the championship this year, McCollum later called his move to the Warriors “soft,” and then things were all okay. Curry says the way NBA Twitter ran with the story was the best thing of all on the Bill Simmons podcast:

Simmons: Who’s on your radar? Do you want to call anyone out? Start some feuds? C.J. McCollum keeps throwing daggers.

Curry: Portland is a hot topic right now. C.J. and [Kevin Durant] had their thing, whatever. I take that as pure entertainment. NBA Twitter is unreal. Like it’s a thing—it’s a legit thing. And it’s really entertaining.

McCollum recently blew up NBA Twitter again with his “Im trying Jennifer” reply to a fan calling out his NBA Playoffs success.
