Portland Trail Blazers center Zach Collins suffered what the team is calling a “right ankle injury” during Portland’s Summer League game against the Atlanta Hawks and did not return to the game. He had eight points and seven rebounds before coming out in the third quarter.

Collins asked to be taken out of the game after he appeared to step on someone else’s foot. It appears some Blazers assistants left the game to check on Collins in the locker room as well.

4:45pm Update:

When asked about his ankle in a reporter scrum after the game, Collins said “It’s sore right now but I’ll be fine.”
