NBA Free Agent News: Beasley to Lakers, Ferrell to Kings

A few moves still decorate the landscape as NBA free agency slips into the quiet weeks.

NBA Free Agency rolls on through the latter parts of July, as a couple minor trades and rumors hit the news wire. The most significant news comes from Los Angeles, where the Lakers continue their “Expendables” strategy of roster acquisition, signing forward Michael Beasley.

And in a late addition, the Kings get Nemanja Bjelica.

Meanwhile Yogi Ferrell spurned the Dallas Mavericks to sign with the Sacramento Kings.

Jared Dudley is joining the Brooklyn Nets...for now.

The Magic and Thunder are moving players few have heard of.

Plus the Cavaliers and Sixers are mulling over a swap between Kyle Korver and Jerryd Bayless.

The unrestricted free agent crop is getting slim, but restricted free agents include Rockets center Clint Capela, Cleveland wing Rodney Hood, and Clippers center Montrezl Harrell.
