Damian Lillard Appears in Adidas’ FIFA World Cup Commercial

Lillard is joined by other Adidas “creators” in a pump-up for the upcoming World Cup.

Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard is one of Adidas’ strongest athlete endorsers. Besides earning his third All-Star nod this year, he made the All-NBA First Team for the first time in his career. He also had one of the most popular signature shoes in the entire league this year. So it’s no surprise that Adidas called on Lillard to appear among other Adidas athletes for a FIFA World Cup promo dubbed “Create the Answer”:

While there’s a lot going on in the video, Lillard gets a clear appearance early on. He’s also the only NBA star featured in the video; but he’s not the only one from Portland, as Thorns midfielder Lindsey Horan also makes an appearance.

The World Cup kicks off June 14 in Russia.
