The Portland Trail Blazers have tendered the qualifying offer to Jusuf Nurkic, making the center a restricted free agent, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. With Nurkic becoming a restricted free agent, Portland now has the chance to match any offer sheet he signs with another team.

Nurkic’s qualifying offer is worth approximately $4.75 million for one year. Last week, Zach Lowe of ESPN said he believes Nurkic will take the one-year deal given a lack of market for centers.
