The 2018 NBA Draft is just hours away. Before the festivities commence, here are your hot rumors about the draft, free agency, and trades. This thread will update continuously. As with all rumors, grains of salt are advised.
The talked about deal between Atlanta and Dallas seems to be on life support, according to Shams Charania.
Sources: Dallas’ pursuit of Atlanta’s No. 3 overall pick — for potential run at Luka Doncic — has lost momentum in recent hours.
— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) June 21, 2018
The sticking point seems to be contingent on Dallas taking forward Kent Bazemore as well, with Atlanta receiving former Trail Blazers guard Wesley Matthews, according to Marc Stein.
The Hawks and Mavericks are still talking, according to league sources, but Dallas is unwilling to trade No. 5 and Wes Matthews for No. 3 and Kent Bazemore. Such a move is essentially paying $19.3 million to move up two spots in tonight's draft

The New York Knicks are leaning towards either Kevin Knox or Miles Bridges, according to David Aldridge.
As we get closer to the Draft, hearing the Knicks are increasingly centering on @KevKnox and @MilesBridges if they stay at nine.

The Atlanta Hawks may look to move point guard Dennis Schroeder, according to Zach Klein.
If the Hawks do end up drafting Trae Young... look for them to work out a deal and try to package Dennis Schroder to the LA Clippers at #13

The Philadelphia 76ers may be rethinking Michael Porter Jr. due to medical reasons, according to Kyle Neubeck.
Since this now appears to be relevant:

The Sixers were one of the teams in Chicago for Michael Porter Jr.'s pro day and received access to his medical information, I'm told.
The Miami Heat may be attempting to move back into the first round, potentially offering forward Justise Winslow.
One team to keep an eye on as the draft nears: the Miami Heat, who have been pursuing the possibility of acquiring a first-round selection, according to multiple league sources. At the moment, the Heat don’t own a draft pick.

I’ve been told Justise Winslow is available in Miami’s trade discussions. https://t.co/BIpW37wpZ9

The Atlanta Hawks may be looking at Luka Doncic at 3, potentially moving him to Dallas, according to Zach Klein.
Feeling among multiple NBA league sources I've spoken with...
— Zach Klein (@ZachKleinWSB) June 21, 2018
Hawks take Luka at #3.. trade him to Dallas at #5, then Hawks take Trae Young.
Baze might also be in play tonight as part of deal
Adrian Wojnarowski won’t be giving out picks early tonight, but does predict the top half dozen selections.
Here's how the Top 6 of tonight's NBA Draft is taking shape: 1. Suns: Deandre Ayton. 2. Kings: Marvin Bagley Jr.; 3. Hawks: Luka Doncic; 4. Jaren Jackson, Jr.; 5. Mavericks: Mo Bamba; 6. Magic: Trae Young.
— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 21, 2018
That Top 6 exactly matches the Blazer’s Edge Mock Draft predictions.
Multiple teams want into the lottery.
Among the teams still active in trying to trade higher into lottery: Dallas, Chicago, Cleveland and the Clippers, league sources tell ESPN. Philadelphia’s No. 10 pick is in play, a target for teams pursing Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Otherwise, he could go No. 11 to Charlotte.
— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 21, 2018
The Trail Blazers might be after Donte DiVincenzo
We're hearing teams (Indiana and Portland specifically) are trying to trade up into the top 20 targeting Donte DiVincenzo. He's likely to go somewhere in the mid teens.
— NBADraft.net (@nbadraftnet) June 21, 2018
The Cleveland Cavaliers appear to want Kevin Love back.
The San Antonio Spurs are listening, but not biting, on offers for Kawhi Leonard.
Spurs are willing listeners on Kawhi Leonard trade proposals, but haven't been proactive in chasing down offers, league sources tell ESPN. For now, make an offer and they'll add it to their board. Spurs and Lakers have had no dialogue on Leonard.
— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 21, 2018
The Lakers are reportedly among the teams chasing Leonard.
Sources: Lakers contact the Spurs to express interest in star forward Kawhi Leonard. Story: https://t.co/HXuRArSA66
— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) June 21, 2018
Within the last week the Lakers contacted the Spurs to discuss a Kawhi Leonard trade. As one source put it, “they basically shut the door on us.”

Marcin Gortat pretty sure he’s on the move.
Gortat says he's 99% sure he'll get traded soon. "The decision has been made by the front office." Says he's anticipating a move to the Western Conference within a couple of days. #DCFamily #Wizards https://t.co/AyuslB52Ie

But the Washington Wizards won’t break the bank to dump him.
The Wizards are actively exploring their trade options with Marcin Gortat, but league sources say Washington is thus far resistant to the idea of surrendering its No. 15 overall pick tonight just to dump Gortat’s contract, which has one season left.
— Marc Stein (@TheSteinLine) June 21, 2018
The Dallas Mavericks are chasing DeMarcus Cousins.
The Boston Celtics are interested in moving up.
Hearing from league sources that the Celtics are registering interest in moving up into the top 4 with the '19 Kings pick and future Memphis pick in their arsenal, but would likely want to find a third team to take on the Parsons contract and a pick for their troubles.
