The Portland Trail Blazers hold the No. 24 overall pick in the NBA Draft, which is in a range that teams ahead of Portland will dictate what players are left being so far back. But if the Blazers have their eyes on a prospect and they don’t want to wait until pick 24, they might have options.
The Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves are gauging the interest of their mid-to-late first-round picks, according to Michael Scotto of The Athletic (subscription required):

Toronto is open for business on its roster and Houston has received calls from teams interested in trading for Eric Gordon, league sources told The Athletic.
