The Portland Trail Blazers hold the No. 24 overall pick in the NBA Draft, which is in a range that teams ahead of Portland will dictate what players are left being so far back. But if the Blazers have their eyes on a prospect and they don’t want to wait until pick 24, they might have options.

The Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves are gauging the interest of their mid-to-late first-round picks, according to Michael Scotto of The Athletic (subscription required):

Scotto also highlights the Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors as teams that could look to break into the middle of the first round:

Lastly, keep an eye on the Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets as teams that have expressed interest in trading into the middle of the first round of the draft. Toronto is open for business on its roster and Houston has received calls from teams interested in trading for Eric Gordon, league sources told The Athletic.
