Our own Steve Dewald profiled Miami’s Bruce Brown, saying, “Teams looking to add grit to their rotations will make fine suitors for Brown Jr.’s services. His rebounding ability and versatility on defense should earn him minutes on a second unit as a rookie.”
Jacob Evans also made our pre-draft profile list, with Dewald opining: “Armed with an NBA-ready frame, Evans has all the tools to blossom into a two-way perimeter player. While some of his offensive skills might need some fine tuning, the 20-year-old guard’s ability to find success in transition should translate to the next level without a hitch.”
