The spate of awfulness surrounding former Portland Trail Blazers players this weekend continues as J.J. Hickson was charged with home invasion in Coweta County, Georgia. Fox5 news in Atlanta has the story, which includes Hickson and at least one unnamed companion breaking into a house, “roughing up” the occupant, and removing property.

Deputies said at least two people were involved in the home invasion, but as of late Friday night, only Hickson faced charges. Investigators said this started around 10:30 a.m. Friday at a home on Rowe Road in Senoia. Authorities said a number of personal items were taken and someone was roughed up during the incident.

“The victim was beat up pretty good and they took some personal items from the residence...”

The charges against Hickson include armed robbery, according to the story.

Hickson played for the Trail Blazers in 2012 and 2013.
