Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard was named to the 2017-18 All-NBA First Team, the league announced Thursday afternoon. Lillard averaged 26.9 points, 6.6 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game while the Trail Blazers captured the Northwest Division title and the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference. The Blazers guard made a return to the NBA All-Star Game this season after two years of not being selected — his third overall appearance in his career.
According to the official ballot, Lillard received 71 First Team votes (worth five points each), 24 Second Team votes (worth three points each), and five Third Team votes (worth one point each) for a total of 432 points.
Lillard is joined on the First Team by James Harden, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Kevin Durant.
Lillard has made two other All-NBA teams: All-NBA Third Team (2013-14) and All-NBA Second Team (2015-16).
