Since taking over the chief executive role for the Portland Trail Blazers in 2012, President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey has presided over glorious successes and ignominious...somewhat lesser successes? During his tenure in the Pacific Northwest he has become an unforgettable and, at times, unbelievable presence. From selecting Damian Lillard with the 6^th pick, to signing Evan Turner to a $70 million contract, the ride has been dramatic, and seldom dull.
