Ed Davis has been cleared to return from injury, as it appears the Trail Blazers are finally getting reinforcements. The veteran big man has been out of Portland’s lineup after suffering a right ankle injury against the Clippers in late March.
Trail Blazers digitial reporter Casey Holdahl updated Davis’ injury status with this tweet on Sunday:
Moe Harkless (left knee) is out for Monday’s game vs. Denver. He’s also the only player on the injury report, meaning Ed Davis is cleared and available for Monday’s game.

Jason Quick of NBC Sports Northwest provided further details:
Ed Davis has joined the Blazers in Denver and is no longer listed on injury report. The NBA’s top reserve center is expected to play Monday.

The Blazers have sputtered to a 1-3 record without Davis in the lineup. Portland will look to return to their winning ways when they face a desperate Denver Nuggets squad on Monday.
Moe Harkless remains out after knee surgery, still in the range of an expected 2-3 week recovery.
