Damian Lillard has been named Western Conference Player of the Week for games played between March 26 and April 1, the NBA announced on Monday.

From NBA.com:

Lillard had the highest scoring average in the NBA for the week, averaging 28.3 points (46.9% FG, 25.9% 3-PT, 94.7% FT) to go with 6.3 rebounds and 8.7 assists. He was fourth in the Western Conference in total assists (26) for the week and tied for sixth in free throws made (18).

Lillard led the Trail Blazers to a 3-1 week, missing the team’s sole loss for the birth of his child.

This is Lillard’s third time receiving the honor this season. He was previously recognized for the weeks of Jan. 15-21 and March 5-11.

Lillard has now doubled his previous Player of the Week career total of three with continued excellence in 2017-18.

Victor Oladipo of the Pacers was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
