Joe Freeman of The Oregonian provided comments from Terry Stotts on the return of his forward:
Blazers coach Terry Stotts refused to say during pregame meeting with reporters whether Moe Harkless will start (or be on a minutes restriction) tonight vs. the Pelicans. “He’s available,” Stotts said.

Harkless underwent knee surgery on Mar. 28 with an initial re-evalutaion two weeks after. News came on April 11 that Harkless was targeting a mid-week return, so his return to the lineup follows that target.
The Blazers take on the Pelicans at 7:30 PT on TNT.
