The Portland Trail Blazers had quite the regular season, with Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum leading the team to the 3-seed in the NBA Playoffs, one win shy of 50. With the regular season over, and the playoffs starting up, it’s time to reflect back on the 2017-18 season. The NBA put together the top 50 plays of the regular season, and both of Portland’s backcourt are featured.
First is Lillard Time in action against the Los Angeles Lakers back in November (video starts on the play):
Then there’s McCollum sending Mavericks guard Yogi Ferrell to the floor with a nasty dribble move (video starts on the play):
However, the Blazers are also on the reciving end of several top plays.
First is Davis-on-Davis crime, with Anthony Davis crossing over Ed Davis. Then there’s Al Horford’s buzzer-beater from February against Portland. Of course LeBron James dunking on Jusuf Nurkic appears as well. And Dennis Smith Jr.’s self-alley-oop makes the video too.
Portland will look to make more top plays in Game 2 against the New Orleans Pelicans after dropping Game 1.
