Update: McCollum is listed as OUT versus the Suns with a left ankle sprain. Original article is as follows:
The Trail Blazers might be without CJ McCollum when they face the Suns on Thursday. According to NBC Sports Northwest’s Jamie Hudson, McCollum suffered a left ankle sprain in Portland’s 111-102 loss to Dallas on Tuesday.
It appears that McCollum tweaked his ankle when Mavericks guard Devin Harris charged to the rim in the fourth quarter.
McCollum finished Tuesday’s contest with 18 points in 40 minutes of action. Last season, the former Lehigh standout started in 81 of Portland’s 82 regular season games.
The Blazers will be looking to avoid their first four-game losing streak of the season when the Suns visit the Moda Center on Thursday.
