Korver, a 37-year-old wing, averaged only 15.7 minutes per game this season for the Cavaliers, the lowest mark since his rookie season in 2003-04. His distance shooting remains as sharp as ever; he’s connecting on 46.3% of his three-pointers this year, even higher than his impressive 43.2% career average.
Burks, a 28-year-old shooting guard, averaged 15.8 minutes per game for the Jazz this season. Injuries have hampered his once-promising career.
Utah currently sits at 9-12, 14th out of the 15 teams in the Western Conference. They’re only 1.5 games behind the 8th-place Dallas Mavericks for a playoffs spot, 5 games out of the lead in a jam-packed conference.
