In a week that saw the Portland Trail Blazes go 3-0 (raising their record to 10-3 on the season), with wins against the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers and Boston Celtics - CJ McCollum has been named the Western Conference Player of the week.
CJ McCollum was named Western Conference Player of the Week. He averaged 25.7 points and shot 50.8%, and the Blazers went 3-0.

McCollum’s week was highlighted by a 40-point eruption against the Bucks that featured a 19 point quarter- easily his signature performance of the early season. This is McCollum’s first Player of the Week award.
The Blazers and McCollum now head off on a 6-game road trip beginning against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday the 14th and ending up in Oakland for the first match up of the season against the Golden State Warriors on Friday, November 23rd.
