The Trail Blazers committed to having Zach Collins and Caleb Swanigan on the books through the 2019-20 season by exercising the third-year options on both of their contracts.
The Oregonian’s Joe Freeman provided the details on Monday.

The move doesn’t come as a shock. Collins figures to be a regular contributor for Portland this season. Swanigan’s path to minutes is murkier, but the Blazers will be counting on his presence to provide depth.
Both players were selected in the opening round of the 2017 NBA Draft. Collins’ draft rights were acquired from the Kings on draft night, while Swanigan was selected No. 26 overall.
