Boston Celtics forward Marcus Morris would like more respect, from his NBA 2K rating to being ranked somewhere on ESPN’s Top 100 players list. When bringing up his Top 100 omission, Morris calls Portland Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu’s ranking into question, he told Jay King of The Athletic (subscription required):

“How am I not in the top-100? You’ve got guys like [Nikola Mirotic, who was ranked 50th],” Morris said, stumbling over the New Orleans forward’s name. “[Al-Farouq] Aminu (ESPN’s 100th-ranked player) and them guys, how am I not over them? You know what I’m saying? I would just like respect.”

Aminu was ranked No. 100 on the ESPN Top 100 list.
