Love has been loosely speculated as a potential target for the Portland Trail Blazers in trade. He was scheduled to appear in the NBA All-Star Game next month. He joins New Orleans Pelicans center DeMarcus Cousins and Washington Wizards guard John Wall on the injury list for the team of All-Star captain LeBron James.
Love is averaging 18.2 points and 9.6 rebounds on 46.3% from the field, 40.4% from the arc for the Cavaliers this season.
