Swanigan appeared in 15 games with the Blazers this season before his Christmas Eve assignment to Canton. He averaged 2.6 points and 2.4 rebounds with the big-league squad in 8.9 minutes per game. He’s played 12 games for the Charge, averaging 31.2 minutes, 14.8 points, and 12.5 rebounds. His shooting percentage of 35.7% with the Blazers skyrocketed to 49.3% in the G-League.
The recall comes on the heels of similar news for Blazers guard Wade Baldwin, assigned to the Texas Legends on a two-way contract, now returning to the Trail Blazers.
