Portland Trail Blazers rookie Caleb Swanigan added to his already well-documented G-League success with the Canton Charge by hitting a game-winner Friday night. With the Charge down 110-109, and about six seconds left on the clock, Swanigan positioned himself perfectly for an offensive rebound and put it back with ease to win the game:

Teammate John Holland takes a three to put Canton up two, but it’s short, and luckily bounces right to Swanigan. Amidst three defenders he fights and secures the offensive rebound, and he throws it up just in time as the shot falls with zeroes on the clock.
Swanigan is averaging 15.9 points, 12.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists with the Charge. After losing the first four games following the forward’s arrival, they’ve won three of their last five.
The Charge play Sioux Falls on a back-to-back Saturday at 6 p.m. PT. The game is available for streaming on Facebook Live.
