Wilcox, 26, was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round of the 2014 NBA Draft, and played the 2016-17 season with the Orlando Magic, averaging 1.0 points in under five minutes per game off the bench.
His G-League assignment has yet to be specified, as the Trail Blazers are presently unaffiliated with a developmental team, but he will be available for call-ups during the regular season.
