Damian Lillard received the ultimate honor Saturday night when the Weber State Wildcats retired his No. 1 jersey. The ceremony was held in front of thousands at the Dee Events Center in Ogden, UT.
The former NBA All-Star attended Weber State after receiving little-to-no recruiting interest from bigger-name universities. His career numbers with the Wildcats are highlighted by 18.6 PPG and 3.5 APG. Lillard was a two-time Big Sky Player of the Year during college, winning the award his sophomore and senior seasons.
