The Portland Trail Blazers' preseason schedule has been announced via press release from the team. The Blazers will play six exhibition games, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 3 in the Moda center versus the Phoenix Suns.
Other home games include Oct. 5 against the Toronto Raptors and Oct. 13 against the Israeli club Maccabi Haifa. Their full schedule is as follows:
- October 3 vs Phoenix Suns (7:00 PM)
- October 5 vs Toronto Raptors (7:00 PM)
- October 8 @ LA Clippers (12:30 PM)
- October 9 @ Sacramento Kings (7:00 PM)
- October 11 @Phoenix Suns (7:00 PM)
- October 13 vs Maccabi Haifa (7:00 PM)
All games will be carried locally on radio via 620 AM Rip City Radio, but will not be available on TV.

These contests will give us our first glimpse of what the team’s rotation might look like, particularly highlighting the power forward position. Though it is probable that coach Terry Stotts will use this time to experiment and see how his new pieces best function.
