NBA: Draft Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

The Portland Trail Blazers’ 2017 Summer League starts Saturday, July 8th, from Las Vegas. Here’s our primer for the week. Rookies Zach Collins and Caleb Swanigan will play their first games in red and back, alongside Jake Layman and Pat Connaughton. Fans will likely also get a glimpse of Celtics rookie Jayson Tatum. And every game will be televised on either the ESPN Networks or NBA TV, while Comcast SportsNet Northwest will also broadcast the first two games in Portland.

How to Watch

ESPN Family: If you have a cable subscription, stream via WatchESPN and the ESPN App. Also available on streaming cable services.

CSN NW: Available via Hulu Live TV and PlayStation Vue. If you subscribe to a compatible cable service in Portland, CSN NW can also be streamed for no additional fee on the NBC Sports App.

NBA TV: Available on Sling TV and PlayStation Vue.

Sling TV and Playstation Vue are the only streaming cable services that will carry every game, via national TV. All regular cable systems (such as Comcast and Frontier) should also do so.

For you radio listeners, the first two games will also be carried live by Rip City Radio, 620 AM.

Saturday, July 8th, 3:00 pm | Blazers vs. Jazz | ESPNU & CSN NW
Sunday, July 9th, 5:30pm | Blazers vs. Celtics | ESPN2 & CSN NW
Tuesday, July 11th, 1:00 pm | Blazers vs. Spurs | NBA TV

The Blazers will then play at least two more games in the Summer League Playoffs. The schedule will be announced after preliminary games are finished.
