Welcome to the 2017 edition of NBA Free Agency. While players cannot technically sign contracts, many major free agents have already agreed to terms with teams. However, the Portland Trail Blazers are not one of those teams. Armed with only the Taxpayer MLE to offer and a salary total that already enters Luxury Tax territory, they have not been involved in any free agency rumors.
In the meantime, here’s a list of rumors and trades to keep you occupied.
