Los Angeles Lakers Summer League star and No. 2 overall pick of the 2017 NBA Draft Lonzo Ball will miss the Las Vegas Summer League championship-game with a right calf strain, according to Lakers beat reporter Mike Trudell.
Lonzo Ball is out for the SL Final tonight due to the mild calf strain in his right leg that he suffered against Dallas last night.

Ball averaged 16.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, and a Summer League-high 9.3 assists per game in his Vegas campaign.
The Portland Trail Blazers, also without their highest draft pick, Zach Collins (quad), appear to have the upper hand. Caleb Swanigan (14.9 PPG, 10.4 RPG), has admirably led the shorthanded Trail Blazers to the championship, with huge contributions from forward Jarnell Stokes and guard RJ Hunter.
The game tips off at 7:00 p.m. and is watchable on ESPN.
