Dallas Mavericks insider Mike Fisher reports that the Portland Trail Blazers are offering multiple picks to the Minnesota Timberwolves, in hopes of moving up to No. 7 in the draft and selecting Zach Collins.

Collins, 19, is a 7’0” forward-center out of Gonzaga. He averaged 10.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game his freshman year and is expected to be available between 9-12 this afternoon.

This report fits with earlier reports from Mitch Lawrence of Sporting News and Jonathan Givony of Draft Express, who each reported that the Trail Blazers may attempt to trade up.

Lawrence specifically noted point guard Damian Lillard’s desire for a stronger supporting cast. Collins is a highly coveted for his offensive upside.
