The season has only just concluded, and one of Portland’s stars is chomping at the bit for next year. Jusuf Nurkic is back in Portland after spending time with his family, and gave the Trail Blazers faithful some good news.

Nurkic averaged 15.2 points and 10.4 rebounds for the Blazers last season, after being acquired from the Denver Nuggets on February 13. The Blazers went 14-6 with him during the regular season before he suffered a non-displaced fibular fracture on March 30.
The “Bosnian Beast” appears ready for the 2017-2018 season.
