The 2017 NBA Season concluded tonight as the Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 129-120, completing a 4-1 series victory and reclaiming the NBA Championship. This was Golden State’s second title in three seasons. It also marked the first for Kevin Durant who left the Oklahoma City Thunder for more golden pastures last summer.
LeBron James scored 41 points on 19-30 shooting in defeat, capping a series in which he averaged 33.6 ppg. Durant almost matched his total, however, producing 39 points on 14-20 shooting en route to winning the NBA Finals MVP. Steph Curry added 34 for the newly-crowned champions.

"We had very little talent, actually. It was coaching." Steve Kerr
