With the NBA Draft Combine in full swing in Chicago, the Trail Blazers have started to schedule work outs with the prospects in attendance. Ivan Rabb confirmed a visit to Portland earlier today, and Portland has just added three more names to that list. Dillon Brooks, Sindarius Thornwell, and Terrance Ferguson have all scheduled meetings with the Blazers according Peter Socotch and Jason Quick of CSN NW.

Ferguson is the youngest of the bunch at 18 years old, and already has one year of professional basketball under his belt. The Oklahoma native elected to skip college and play a year in Australia for the Adelaide 36ers. Known for his outside shooting, Ferguson made Bleacher Report’s list of best 3-and-D specialists in the upcoming draft.
Brooks should be a familiar name among fans in the Pacific Northwest, as the Junior forward played a crucial role in Oregon’s impressive run in the NCAA Tournament this past spring.
Thornwell (a senior) was also a major contributor in the tournament this year, as he helped lead South Carolina to its first Final Four appearance in school history.
The Trail Blazers have three selections in the upcoming 2017 NBA Draft (15, 20, 26), and Portland’s President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey will likely get an up-close look at multiple prospects before draft night. Stay tuned.
