The Portland Trail Blazers’ March 6 matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves may be in jeopardy due to condensation in the Target Center. The court is too slick for players to safely perform as the scheduled 5:00 p.m. tip-off approaches.

Trail Blazers digital content specialist Cody Sharrett speculates that the ice remaining under the court from Friday’s Disney On Ice event is the cause of the problem.

Official word should come around 4:45 p.m. As of now, Minnesota Vice President of Communications Brad Ruiter states that they plan to play the game.
