Gameday Thread: Portland Trail Blazers at Dallas Mavericks

We’ve used the word so much that it has lost all meaning, but nonetheless, the “reeling” Portland Trail Blazers get another shot at Yogi Ferrell, Wesley Matthews and the Dallas Mavericks tonight. With a win, the Mavs would take the season series, which shockingly could be relevant for a late-season battle for the 8th playoff seed.

Damian Lillard is probable tonight after an ankle sprain against Oklahoma City. He’s expected to play, but we’ll get official word closer to tip-off.

And now a quick break from Dallas-based Steve Miller Band. Sure, they had tons of success in the ‘70s, but for children on the ‘80s, they’ll always be known for one monster hit in 1983.
