We did it, Blazer’s Edge.

Once again readers of this website have banded together to send 2000 young folks in need and their chaperones to see the Portland Trail Blazers play. On March 9th, 2017, the celebration will commence as the Blazers face the Philadelphia 76’ers in the Moda Center. On behalf of the students, families, teachers, counselors, coaches, teams, and assorted others who will be in attendance because of you, THANK YOU.

Among the attendees that night will be the 10000th kid to see a game because of this event over the years. That’s special. The vast majority of those young folks would not have been able to see a game but for you and your donations.

We also want to thank Chad Doing of 620 Rip City Radio, Isaac Ropp of 1080 The Fan, Brian and the crew at Hoopswagg.com, and ticket agent Alec Botts of the Trail Blazers. Without you guys this wouldn’t have been possible.

Because of late donations we have some extra seats available. If you work with underprivileged students or children, email me at blazersub@gmail.com and we may be able to send you!

Thanks again, all!
