To say Damian Lillard is one of adidas’ key athletes would be an understatement. The Portland Trail Blazers guard is on the fourth edition of his “Dame” shoes. He’s a two-time All-Star. He’s been selected to two All-NBA teams. Once a slept-on guard coming out of Weber State, he can now be seen rocking the Three Stripes on the street or in endorsements.
In the new Adidas “Calling All Creators” commercial, Lillard’s accolades make him right at home. He’s joined by NBA stars James Harden and Tracy McGrady, soccer stars Lionel Messi and David Beckham, NFL stars Aaron Rodgers and Von Miller, music stars Pharrell and Pusha T, and women’s sports stars Candace Parker and Lindsey Horan, among others:

Even in a star-filled room, Lillard gets about the most lines of anyone, telling the table “I ain’t trying to stay in my lane; I’m trying to strike while the iron’s hot.”
The Blazers star is currently averaging 25.2 points, 6.4 assists and 5.0 rebounds per game. After missing two games with a hamstring strain, he is expected to return to action against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday.
