Damian Lillard left the game between the San Antonio Spurs and Portland Trail Blazers Wednesday night with an undisclosed injury to his right leg. With 7:09 left in the 3rd quarter Lillard committed an intentional foul, pulling himself off the floor, obviously limping. The play, which occurred seconds earlier, can be seen in this video from NBC Sports Northwest.

Update 2: Lillard returned to the game but had limited effectiveness. Coach Stotts addressed that in his post game comments.
Stotts said Lillard’s injury (right leg bruise) affected his play calls on final possession because “he couldn’t move.” Said although CJ wasn’t shooting well, he was getting good shots.
