Noah Vonleh exited the 2016-17 season as the starting power forward for the Portland Trail Blazers. Due to a shoulder injury, he’ll enter the 2017-18 campaign on the injured list. But Jason Quick of NBC Sports Northwest reports that he may not remain there for long.
Blazers' PF Noah Vonleh says he is on schedule to return in 3 weeks from shoulder strain. Has no pain and full range-of-motion.— Jason Quick (@jwquick) October 12, 2017
Vonleh started 41 games for the Blazers last season, averaging 4.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 17.7 minutes per game. In his absence, Portland’s starting power forward spot remains up for grabs.
