The Portland Trail Blazers will assign rookie point guard Tim Quarterman to the Windy City Bulls of the NBA Developmental League, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.
Portland is sending rookie Tim Quarterman to Chicago's D-League team on assignment, league source tells @TheVertical.

Quarterman, whose previously non-guaranteed contract became fully guaranteed earlier this week, has played a total of 39 minutes, now 40 games into the regular season. The undrafted guard last saw meaningful playing time at Louisiana State University, where he averaged 11.2 points and 3.6 assists per game during the 2015-16 season.
