The Portland Trail Blazers released their preseason TV schedule on Wednesday morning, showing that four of their seven preseason games will be televised on CSN. The other three will only be broadcast in other regions or not at all.
- 10/3 vs. UTA (7:00 p.m.) – Comcast SportsNet
- 10/7 vs. PHX (7:00 p.m.) – Comcast SportsNet
- 10/11 @ LAL (7:30 p.m.) – Time Warner Cable
- 10/13 @ LAC (7:30 p.m.) – To be determined
- 10/16 vs. DEN (6:00 p.m.) – Comcast SportsNet
- 10/19 @ UTA (7:00 p.m.) – Not televised (Radio call: The Zone Sports Network)
- 10/21 @ GSW (7:00 p.m.) – Comcast SportsNet
If you are a law abiding Oregon resident with Comcast, you will be able to watch the Blazers play the Jazz on October 3, the Suns on October 7, the Nuggets on October 16, and the Warriors on October 21.
If you are, say, inclined to find means to watch the other three games, here are some things to consider. The Laker game will air on TWC as usual, but the Clippers are still working out a new TV deal, so you’ll have to keep an eye on the news to see how that turns out. As for the Jazz on October 19, you are probably out of luck.
