The NBA released its 2016-2017 regular season schedule on Thursday. Click through for the The Portland Trail Blazers full schedule.

The Blazers open the season on Oct. 25 against the Utah Jazz at the Moda Center. Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM. The season will also end at the Moda Center on April 12 against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Blazers will get their 2016 playoff rematch dates almost immediately; the Los Angeles Clippers come to town looking for revenge on Oct. 27, and the Golden State Warriors will visit Portland for the first time on Nov. 1.

The Oct. 27 contest against the Clippers will be one of Portland's six appearances on TNT this season. ESPN has picked up eight Blazers games. The remaining games will be televised locally by CSN NW or KGW.

Contrary to previous rumors, the Blazers will not be playing on Christmas Day. Instead, the Los Angeles Lakers, their presumed opponent, will play the Clippers at the Staples Center. That contest caps a five-game Christmas day slate and will tip off at 7:30.

Stay tuned, Blazer's Edge will do a full breakdown of the highlights, the positives and the negatives of the new schedule soon.
