A couple of higher-profile NBA power forwards agreed to new contracts this afternoon as the free agency negotiation period marches on.
Ryan Anderson, formerly of the New Orleans Pelicans, will ply his trade with the Houston Rockets.

And in a development sure to turn heads among all teams who signed lesser free agents to more expensive deals, Marvin Williams agreed to re-up with the Charlotte Hornets.

One time Trail Blazer Aaron Afflalo has agreed on a deal with the Sacramento Kings. This certainly has all the looks of a value signing, and could spell the end of Ben McLemore in Sacramento by the end of the year.
