Sunday afternoon Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical announced that the Portland Trail Blazers have matched the Brooklyn Net's offer sheet.
Nets bid on Crabbe has been thwarted -- and Crabbe returns to Blazers on four-year, $75M contract. Now, Nets wait on Tyler Johnson sheet.

The deal for Crabbe included the base value of 4/$75m, with a player option 4th year and a trade kicker. The deal signals that the Blazers are moving into luxury tax territory next season, but also that they're serious about keeping their young talent under contract.
The message out of Portland ownership and management is clear: Blazers trying to win this year and beyond -- loading up on this roster.

Once the exact details of the contract are known we will update the article accordingly.
In the meantime, Allen Crabbe doesn't seem to upset to be staying in the Rose City.
RIP CITY!
