The Portland Trail Blazers have no picks in the 2016 NBA Draft, but that may change. The team has openly stated that they are interested in transactions on draft night, and smoke signals have started appear today. The Boston Celtics have the 3rd, 16th and 23rd picks, plus the first pick in the second round, and are reportedly looking to trade some of them. Enter Neil Olshey. Steve Bulpett of the Boston Herald says that the Blazers and Celtics have been talking about an unknown swap that would get Portland a first-rounder.
